You mean a Wankel engine !, yes, they are very easy to rebuild because they don’t have pistons or con rods , valves etc, you just have to replace the rotor tips every now and then to keep the engine in tip top condition..these engines are a good revolution but their downfalls are the rotor tips, the poor fuel ….
